Every time i call them I have to stay on line for at least half an hour. Drive thru waiting time at least 20 minutes. They are 3 people with a lot of customers. Yes, they are polite and it's not their fault but CVS needs to add more people for this branch. I'm going to change my pharmacy and don't recommend this branch to anyone.
Great prices on their CVS store brands. Also, if you have their free store card, which is not a credit card, you get 20% off all CVS brand health products. I know I sound like a commercial, but I don't work there. I just have all kinds of chronic illnesses, so I'm always there picking up my meds! I would give them five stars if their customer service were a little better.
I don't think I have ever been to this store where the cashier was at the registers when I was ready to check out. They just wander around the store and if you're lucky, they may wander to the front after you've been waiting for a register.
Worst pharmacy ever. Understaffed and kept questioning a prescription. Made me wait for over an hour for my daughters prescription.
Big store with a drive through pharmacy.
