The staff was extremely helpful and very efficient, especially at the pharmacy. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Always leave that CVS with a smile.
All employees are kind . They welcomed customers with smile with kindness. They are look like Disney members :) (today I felt it.) Working with enjoy makes deliver their joy to other. :)
Dont know why my prescription for my toothache was free and the wait was the normal 15m, maybe its slow at 7:30pm. Everything seem to be very normal. All pharmacists seem to be very introverted and lack of business orientated.
Did drive thru covid testing here. The staff was helpful and thorough. I did wait about 20 minutes after my resting time in line. Next to me, there was a really rude customer picking up a prescription but the staff inside helping her was kind and measured regardless.
The staff at this pharmacy work so hard. They have many times gone out of their way to be helpful. At the busiest times of the day they are understaffed and have multiple demands made on them. And they never lose their patience, even when people are blaming them for insurance decisions over which they no control. I try always to be patient and understanding when I go there. The least they deserve. Always thank your pharmacist!
