Hotel Hive

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Hive or their staff! We had our dog, a GSP, and when they noticed everything we brought, they offered to move us to a bigger room. Don’t be afraid to book the basement rooms! The website says they can be noisy, but we didn’t notice the noise at all. The staff was also super helpful with recommending things to do or places to eat. Ben helped us a lot! The location is great, and we walked to almost everything! We will definitely be back if we’re ever back in DC!

Pet-friendly, budget-friendly, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. (Thanks Ben!) This modern micro-hotel had everything we needed - tasty pizza next door, rooftop bar, a clean/comfy/covid-conscious environment, a stellar location; 5 minutes’ walk to the mall, and easy, $16 overnight parking just around the block. Can’t recommend enough! So nice - we stayed twice (on consecutive weekends)!

We stayed over night last week and Hotel Hive is one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at (and Ive stayed at many). The location, the staff, pet friendly rules, restaurants near by - everything was 10/10. Our french bulldogs joined us and we felt very safe walking them at night. The staff was so friendly upon arrival and accommodating for our one night stay. I can't wait to come back to DC and stay at Hotel Hive!!

We were already at the Watergate Rooftop which was seemed a bit unclean and a bit broken. We left to find another rooftop bar. The Hive was adorable, clean, and very hospitable. The friendliness service in all of DC was found here, and DC is a pretty friendly place. We had great drinks and delicious pizzas for what we would have spent on a bowl of nuts at the Watergate. Not only will we come back next time for a night out but I’ll look in to staying here.

I stayed for a night and the service was great. The room was clean and the price was affordable. John from the desk took care of us and he was great at answering my questions. AMAZING HOTEL
