Had a great stay here while visiting the area. Room was a good size, and very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, which also allowed me to connect to the Metro to venture into DC. Billy, the shuttle driver, was especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Now for $45 a day for valet parking should be more efficient. Most of the time there was no one at the valet station and I had to wait 20mind to get my car back. This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't starving
Chris the manager made my large party of 10 feel right at home. He went above and beyond our expectations and never complained. Such a gentle soul. Loved the hotel.
Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous room. Didn’t have time to explore. The staff are friendly. They are Covid-19 cautious and staff are super friendly. And it’s a stones throw away from the airport...nnOne major criticism- the walls are thin. Kids in the next room were making so much sound... couldn’t sleep... I did request the management and mum to calm them down and they did... but why are the walls of the hotel so thin that they can disturb other rooms? This room was supposed to be the ambassador sweet? My issue was that the walls were too thin.
Wonderful accommodation. The staff was very helpful during these times.nnWith so many restaurants closed in area, the hotel made a microwave available for use for guest in the fitness center level.nnI always kept things to heat up in my room fridge.nnI felt confident the room was sanitized. If you stayed less than 3 day, the room wasn't cleaned. Fresh towels and other toiletries were available if needed.
