I would not recommend staying at this property. Although the staff was nice and the room was clean, the room was a little run down. The beds were not comfortable and the shower lacked water pressure. There are nicer places to stay in this area.
Excellent hotel. Close to public transportation . Hotel is quite and the rooms are extremely comfortable . Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the years and it continues to get better each time I stay. Working with Mike in sales a real pleasure.
Mediocre rooms in desperate need of renovation. Poor lighting, made the room seem haunted. VERY hard beds. Stains in the bathroom and on the desk chair. Room was very musty and moist feeling. Housekeeping barged in my room 8am the morning of check out, despite check out being at noon! Very disappointed in my stressful experience.
The staff was helpful and it was very quiet. I did appreciate that housekeeping staff was not cleaning rooms until we were gone. My one complaint is that the beds were terribly hard.
Extremely disappointed in the Hilton brand for allowing this hotel to remain open and renting their fithly nasty rooms. And, after putting us in a nasty dirty unclean room during covid they charged $250.00 for our service animal! I have many photos that will be sending directly to the Hilton Corporate offices to work with them in making sure they perform an immediate inspection.
