Competitive Commercial Roofing

I hired CCR to do a full tear off and reroof for a 4000+ square foot commercial roof. The experience couldn’t have been better. I initially hesitated to contact them because of the photo of the huge stadium roof on their website, thinking our job would be too small. They turned out to be probably the best vendor on our project. We dealt with Steve, he was so easy. They completely lived up to their name, pricing was indeed competitive. Their estimate was very clear outlining all materials to be used, work to be performed, and also included pictures of the existing roof and showed examples of what similar finished roofs they’ve done look like. Work was done quickly and on schedule. No change orders, even though little, and some not so little unforeseen problems showed up. I got what we paid for and more. What else can you ask for? We opted for the exterior foam insulation, I can't believe how good it works. The bar is high over at CCR, highly recommended.
