I had a severe headache and really needed my medicine. I was there half an hour before closing, but the pharmacist refused to get my medicine because she said they were closing soon and the medicine won’t be ready until next day noon. My medicine is a very common medicine and almost every pharmacy has. Because I felt so bad so I walked to another cvs pharmacy in Target at 1500 Wilson Blvd. I went there 10 min before they closed and I asked them if it was possible to get it and they immediately accepted and gave me my medicine even though they needed to do the exact steps this pharmacist needed to do, and it only took them 10 min.nI just feel so sad and helpless. I was so lucky to find another pharmacist that was kind enough to help me. I am never coming back to this pharmacy again. I hope everyone gets what they need.
Pharmacy staff here is the BEST! Always prompt and responsive.
I really like this pharmacy. The pharmacist are so nice and kind. They are organized and honest. Never had a problem here.
Pharmacists are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Only wish they were open on weekends (but that seems to be a Rosslyn thing where everything is closed on Saturday/Sunday).
