During this period of uncertainty when the pharmacist's time is spread thin it is easy to have an issue. Well I did and their response was amazing. I have been a long term customer of CVS and now I know why. I am an elderly at risk patient with severe asthma. I needed an emergency inhaler and with all of the prescriptions they had to fill they were able to get mine to me. I had to wait, wait, and wait until the end of the day. But, they made sure I got it. They could have easily said no. But they did not.
Gashaw is incredible (Customer associate).
Pro: Good store. Few steps from Pentagon City station with entrances by the street and way back through the mall. Occasionally used minute clinic & by the time I walk to pharmacy my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Very knowledgable and polite staff. Con: does not validate parking tickets.
