Heads up for those wanting a COVID test done here: They use PWN health which ships your test all the way to Nashville. I had to wait over a week for results. The actual process through the drive-through was convenient though.

This used to be my preferred pharmacy when it was a Rite Aid. It’s been a mess since it transitioned to Walgreens. The automated phone system is horrible. Good luck actually figuring out how to talk with a human. Once you get out of the automated system, be prepared to wait ages for someone in the pharmacy to actually answer the phone. The wait is ridiculously long for even simple prescriptions and the drive thru should be convenient, but instead is absolutely painful. Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.

I experienced Poor Customer Service at this location, My cashier was a young Ethiopian male, I didn’t see a name tag. During the checkout he didn’t greet me at all, never made eye contact then he blatantly walks away without handing me my receipt. I had to rip the receipt off the machine. The poor customer service I received was unnecessary. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Same problems as others posters - no problems until recent switch to Walgreens. Now automated phone service doesn't work, system doesn't recognize their prescription numbers, no one answers pharmacy line and phone disconnects and online system also doesn't show up with your refill properly. Giving up and transferring out to another non-Walgreens pharmacy, ugh! Too bad as the pharmacists there used to be so nice.
