The pharmacists said the prescription was costly by looking at me, probably he went by my dressing. The cost was $ 35 which I can afford easily. Pharmacists is non courtesy, they make you feel why the hell we made a phone call to check on medication.

This review is specific to the pharmacy, which is consistently bad. I've had so many prescriptions not show up in their system even though it was sent from my doctors and then the doctors' offices need to call them again to resolve it. When I try to call this pharmacy, I'm usually put on hold for 20+ minutes. Recently, they put me on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on me. I would recommend funding a different pharmacy.

The staff who work in the pharmacy area, need to pay more attention to the clients' medicine ... Today I took my prescription at 2pm, they told me that it will return at 4pm, I returned at that time and the worker did not know avia taken the time to submit the information on the computer .... a shame how they work !!!

The pharmacy supervisor had no clue about it's internal system. Furthermore, she refused to investigate what you would tell her. She insisted she was 100 percent right which was not a good trait for someone who could affect your mental health with her inaccuracies. She was a total self-righteous BSer.nn1st she told me that my medication was held up because Anthem needed the prior authorization, even though I told her it's CVS Caremark the company she works for. I even confirmed with CVS Caremark myself. She had me showed her my insurance card (even though on the card it says CVS is the pharmacy) and insisted it's Anthem. I called Anthem in front of her and even had the Anthem rep telling her it's her own company who is a partner with Anthem she still refused to investigate and insisted she was right.nnShe showed a number to me from her computer print screen and said my doctor needed to call Anthem and then call her CVS store back. I decided to call that number from my cell phone myself and it turned out to be CVS intern office. CVS back office said it was already approved and the store could go ahead and filled the medication. I had to physically hand my cell to the pharmacy supervisor and connect her with CVS internal department. Something is very wrong here.
