My skin was super irritated from who knows what, but the beauty consultant there listened to what I was looking for (my sensitive skin is so picky) and was able to recommend something that is working AMAZINGLY

I was surprised to see all of the poor reviews of this location. I've been to some pretty mediocre CVS locations, this one is actually pretty great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has always gotten my prescription correct and has gone out of the way to ensure I got the best price.

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Staff is extremely rude and extremely incompetent which is not a good combination. Took them an hour to get my prescription when I reached front of the line (their own site said it was ready for pickup) and they struggled to find GoodRx codes after I gave them all the codes. Ended up paying more than double what the goodrx coupon would have cost. The main pharmacist was mad at me because Cvs app was not giving the right info we needed as if the onus was on me to ensure her employers application operated correctly.

Refilled my prescription online and was informed it would be ready same day. Came in later and was told no order was placed. I was seen by a second person who told me that I couldn’t get my prescription until the next day. Came in the next day and was again told I had no order, until they found the order again somehow. I tried to ask the person at the pharmacy counter what the issue was and was told “Ehh the system will say one thing and then place the order at a later date.” I then got no further help and was told to wait for my name to be called. In short, pharmacy staff were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive, the rest of the store is fine.
