DEDICATE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE PHARMACY. HIRE SOMEONE FULL TIME FOR THAT JOB
Pharmacy never answers their phone and refuses to transfer prescriptions to Amazon PillPack.
Love this CVS, but phone line is impossibly clogged up with ads, while the customer waits...and waits...and waits. Now trying to find SMS number on internet, since regular phone line refuses SMS texting.
Was impressed with the service I had with the Pharmacy this past Sunday, pharmacist working at that time was extremely accommodating answering my questions, and very pleasant. I browsed the store afterwards and was asked twice by two different employees if i needed anything.
Terrible service at the pharmacy. They wanted to apply the insurance discount and asked us to wait until he calls for us. After 10 min he asked us to wait in the line again.
