Upon arriving we were greeted by Peter at the front desk. He was very kind and courteous. And helped us right away. After arriving to our room (which was very pleasant and clean) we went to the restaurant. Where we were greeted by the hostess/bartender (Brandy) . Who seated and served us promptly. Our food was brought out and it was delicious. Cooked to perfection by (Morgan) top notch chef she came out and we were greeted by her . What a wonderful experience. 5 Star’s all the way.nnAs an Executive chef I could not have been more pleased!

When I arrived at the hotel, I had to get out of the car with my phone and look at the hotel physically and compare it to the pictures online which did not match at all. Older photos for sure. For what they are charging for the room, I was very disappointed. I expected better amenities, nicer rooms and better food. This location is in need of a renovation or they need to lower their prices tremendously. At one time the hotel might have been nicer but time has not been kind to this hotel. For a place so close to Rupp Arena, you would think they would invest more into the company. They also need to remove the photos online that are clearly out of date. The online photos are false advertising in my opinion. I definitely want to go back in time and break my fingers so I would have never made this reservation. I am trying to stay away from the hotel as much as possible and only sleep there. It's a nice hotel when my eyes are closed. I've stayed at hotels that are cheaper and nicer. I should have went with my gut and canceled my reservation when I pulled up.

If you can wait, drive up to Hyatt Place in Florence. It’s cheaper, newer, has incredible FREE breakfast, MUCH better rooms, and all the amenities are better and newer.nI’ve lived in Hyatt locations with my job, including this one. But have no idea why this Hyatt is more expensive, while being sub par to most of the others.

Wonderful stay. Allowed an early check-in 4 hours early, and the room was beyond clean and very comfortable. Recommend!
