Friendly atmosphere, good food.. The cookies at check in are really good. I stayed in the conference suite. The tub was awesome. Only complaint is our cabinet door was hanging off from in front of the refrigerator. They gave a discount on our room for it but no one ever came and fixed it. I would recommend and I will be staying again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Its atrium and lounge spaces are well designed. The rooms look good, and are set up well. We are a family of 4, and the design of the rooms (2 separate spaces) was spacious and comfortable.nI will definitely return there next time I am back in Lexington.

This was one of the coolest hotels I've been inside of. There was a really cool Venice/Italian vibe to it which really made for a nice surprise. I love that you get a hot cookie when you check in too. There was a couple minor things that made me give the 4 stars but I would stay there again in the future.

The rooms were comfortable and nice size. Loved the bathroom setup. The reason for the low star rating is due to providing us with the wrong room and not able to fix it due to all rooms of the kind we booked being occupied. Also, was not notified that they do concerts in the middle of the lobby until well best bed time. This also was an issue due to the setup of the building, all rooms circle the lobby and so you could clearly hear the music like you were watching it on the tv in your room. In future, I will not book here until I am looking to be kept up late and going for a simple room they can't mess up during booking.

I stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was great! The room was super clean, staff was great and I truly enjoyed my stay! The cookie was good and warm.
