We called in to try to find out where a relative was staying to pay for the room, and the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help us try to track them down. I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism and would highly recommend this location. The employee who went out of her way was Kenyatta and I genuinely appreciate her effort to help us out.
Clean, quiet, contemporary feel. Pool area was quaint. Really one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in.

Customer service was pretty good in the afternoon until if got my mask in my room and she took my temperature like 4 times and asked me to leave if I come back without a mask
I would be lying if I said wasn’t the cleanest, nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. For that they deserve more than five stars... But the part that got me was the numbers... Original rate was 79.00 the tax came to 91.70. Even though she wasn’t really clear on the tax part, I was still cool. But then more money was taken out of my bank account. I left my number with the receptionist for her to call and I never ever heard from that person. So definitely a crumb of stardust for communication skills. Don’t get mad at guest for mistakes... if it was a mistake ud83eudd14 that you made. So for that I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. They will rob you like a thief in the night. And literally that is what happened.
