Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington North

Best hotel experience in Lexington by far... Front Desk clerks were fantastic... Both ladies were professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! The room was clean & well kept... the indoor pool & hot tub were exactly what we were looking for!!! I couldn't be happier with this stay... I will definitely be back!!!!

The cleanliness was sub par. The pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The service was great but it was definitely not a 4 star hotel, more along the lines of a 3 star. I would not book a room here again.

Really nice hotel. The decor was nice and the rooms were comfortable for the most part. Unfortunately, you come to a hotel for good sleep and I did not get good sleep. First, they had music playing in the hall all night. I went to the lobby at midnight and, even though the lady at the desk was as helpful as she could be, the manager did not leave her the keys to the lock box surrounding the sound dials so the music volume could not be adjusted. Bad move on managements part. Second, there was a constant draining or drafty noise I could hear from our room. I've never heard such a noise in a hotel before. I could not tell if it was due to pipes inside the building or wind outside the building. Either way, it would be nice for management to look into that.nHaving a quiet room is just as important as having a comfortable room. We had a comfortable room, it just wasn't quiet.

It was fine. It felt clean, and the staff were nice. The only thing is there were a lot of superficial things in our room that needed repair or needed to be detail-cleaned.

In a time when cleanliness counts, this was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. The employees were super nice too!
