TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lexington South/Hamburg Place

Nice clean hotel in good area. Close to restaurants and shopping. I requested a room that would be quite, as I was studying for exam. Staff took this into consideration and it worked out perfectly. Staff are the best I have EVER dealt with at a hotel. Pleasant, friendly, respectful, I could go on and on. I dealt with Chasity, Kate and a younger girl on night shift who talked to me for a little while, which calmed my nerves (I couldn’t sleep do to anxiety). Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything one would need for a one night stay or a multiple day stay. Location is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and I-75. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming and made the experience even more top notch. Service and consistent quality is why I am a loyal Marriott rewards member and will stay in a Marriott property whenever possible.

So helpful to have a full kitchen! Easy enough to make meals during a stay. V. convenient to groceries and Costco (and Liquor Barn) to stock up. Staff respected health protocols, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Pool is closed due to covid-19 restrictions, but other public areas all seemed clean and functional. I look forward to staying there again.

Large, comfortable rooms. Outside relaxation area with fireplace. Accommodating staff. A Pleasurable stay. ud83dudc4dnA special accolade to Camden. He went above & beyond in helping straighten out our reservations when we arrived last evening.

Camden was great! However, there were no extra rolls of toilet paper. The oven and dishwasher were not very clean. Sad to say we will not be returning.
