Stayed here for a weekend and it was overall a great experience. The staff were very polite from the second we walked in. We got to our room and it was very clean. The decor was modern and nice. The restaurants are not open for dine in but you can order room service. They deliver your food quickly while it’s modestly warm. If we visit Lexington again, we will for sure book here again. Hopefully, we will get to experience their dine in experience then.
I had such an amazing time at this Hotel, the room was extremely modern, and the bedding was excellent. I can't remember the last time I had such a comfortable sleep. The Restaurant in the hotel is excellent I recommend the Burger, it was delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of Lexington with plenty of amazing things to do. As well it is located less then 10 minutes from the Blue Grass airport. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. If I ever return to Lexington I know exactly where I am going to stay.
My wife and I just got married in Lexington and our entire wedding party stayed at the Marriott City Center. What an amazing experience!! Friendly staff, convenient parking, the M Club had ample indoor space with a refined outdoor patio, the rooms and suites were clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We highly recommend the hotel and its amenities for your next stay or event!
They are absolutely terrible. They bill you far more than the advertised price and refuse to honor it even when you try showing it to them. You ask to speak to a supervisor, and they refuse. Repeatedly. They then don't even allow you to cancel your fully-refundable reservation. Thanks, Randy. Leaving the review as promised and being 100% honest. I hope your bosses see this.
My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and it is by far the nicest hotel in Lexington. In the newest section of the city, you really are surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. The staff was extremely helpful especially in the middle of the pandemic. Our room was very nice and they even upgraded the room after we informed them that it was our wedding night.
