This was our 3rd stay @ this hotel. Must be under new management: No USA today,:ice machine on 2nd floor broke, reception clerk not friendly, hotel not busy but could not get our fist floor pre-request. TV remote weird & not user friendly.nDisappointed this time and as Choice members, we will not stay at this hotel again!!!
Price was ok, staff were great and the room wasn’t to bad, recommended!
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was kept very clean but I was thankful I brought my own blow dryer because the one provided was broken and we were unable to watch TV because it kept buzzing and the picture was terribly off color. The last evening we were there I got woke twice in the middle of the night, once around 1 am and then again at 3 am by a group of people running and yelling at each other down the hall and it lasted for quite some time. We weren't far from the front desk and no one ever asked the group to please be quiet.
Room 113 doesn't have a queen size bed. It has a full size bed! So wrong bed size, the toilet cut off and on every 30 minutes, the rooms are a lot smaller than pictured, and the beds are hard as a rock. Besides those issues.... oh no way of purchasing a coke late at night... it was an ok stay. The workers were as friendly as they could be under the covid situation.
Excellent visit. Hotel has 5 star service and amenities without paying 5 star price. It is located at one of the best exit 108 off I-75. Wide varieties of restaurants are within walking distance. I will be back again and recommend to other travelers.
