Room was clean. Found a small stain on one of the sheets which less than pleasant to discover. Room 101 seemed nice at first glance but the traffic going in and out of the side door made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, you could hear everything from the room above. Not sure if these guests were heavy footed but this added the strain in sleeping. Bed was comfy and pillows offered good support
One of the friendliest front counter staff we have ever encountered. I wish i would have caught his name because he needs a raise! My wife and i had a rough time getting there... missed our flight and had to be on standby the rest of the day to even get there. Got our room upgraded at no charge. Anniversary trip started rough but by the end of the day it turned out great. Thank you!
We've stayed at a lot of hotels over the last forty years, and many, if not most, have been at a Holiday Inn Express or other IHG hotel. On this trip, which was our first during the pandemic, we stayed at 3 different ones. This is the only one I'd recommend. The only one I'd return to. They had everything down pat, from check in to check out. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was clean and well maintained. You could tell they took the pandemic seriously. Highly recommended.
All I can say is that from the 1st phone call there to the wonderfully kind and generous hospitality that RJ showed us..just made our stay so so so much more comfortable! She even asked us if we were comfortable!!! Who does that? I can't say enough about the comfort level and the kindness shown to our family! Definitely ask for RJ for the royal treatment and enjoy a wonderfully cozy room and comfy bed!
I have been here for several different weeks though out the year for work. They have had amazing service, clean rooms, and the utmost respect for their customers. Thank you!
