Staybridge Suites Lexington

Great hotel at a very reasonable price during spring break. 2 bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. Staff was awesome and they were even safely serving breakfast during a pandemic. Highly recommended.

Room was recently updated. Aesthetically pleasing, warm and comforting. Bed was comfortable. Service was good. Kind and cheerful and got us taken care of right away. Continental breakfast was nice and served well.nMy only con was the tv didn't work? Think the remotes batteries may of been dead? Couldn't reach the hotel desk at 8 pm in the evening to try and resolve the issue.nI would recommend and stay here again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The to-go breakfast was great. We did have extremely rude neighbors who were drinking and partying until 4am in which they woke up our 2 year old repeatedly. I didn't call the front desk in order to give them a chance to handle it. They didn't have a blow dryer either but I can bring my own next time. Overall it was great compared to the hotel we stayed in a few nights prior. And the price was so fair!

Nice, quiet, clean, friendly facility

They had problems checking me in and ended up double charging me and then to top it off, they didn't or wouldn't immediately correct their mistake. Several phone calls and e-mails and no one would get back with me. If I could I would give them a negative 5 star review. The treatment was so bad that at first I was ashamed to tell anyone about it. I ended up calling my credit card company to dispute claim.
