Do not bother if you want clean rooms.nWe just tried 2 different rooms! Bugs and hair all over bathrooms and floors. I don't mean just a little bit either. Disgusting!nClearly they have no training in house cleaning.nIf I could give less than 1 star I would.n3:10am and now off to a different hotel.
I give them 2 stars only because the front desk lady was extremely nice and they allowed me to cancel the reservation without penalty and move to a different hotel. The main problem is that this hotel is overwhelmed with smoke. Walking into their front lobby is like walking into a 1980s VFW hall. I was in there 5 minutes to check in and my husband could smell the stale smoke on me after I got back in the car. We proceeded to our room, and the side foyer also reeked of smoke (cigarette and marijuana), and was littered with debris. The bedroom itself appeared clean enough (although my husband noted that the bedding was stained and one of the lamps was missing a bulb). We vacated b/c our non-smoking king room still smelled of smoke (in fairness, it night not have been from the room, but the intense odor coming in from the hallway). As I said, they did let us leave without charge. I suppose if you are a heavy smoker and/or don’t mind smoke odor, this place could be worth it for the price.
Needs upgrades badly. Does not smell fresh or clean. Beds are subpar. (I could feel the mattress innersprings.)Furniture is outdated & marred. Bathroom door needs replacing. Towels & washcloths are thin and worn. Cracked floor in bathroom. Nice green/gray paint in hallways. Nice blue awnings on outside.nAtmosphere is not positive or peaceful.
Busy place and friendly helpful lady at the front desk. I got up to my room and tv didn't work. Went down and told her. Within 5 min someone was at my room to fix the tv. They fixed it and left. Quiet hotel. Good vibe here.
Was pretty clean, could use a pointing out. Utilize the pointing tube around fixtures, bed, dressers, etc. The heating/air unit needed cleaning!nOtherwise a fairly well place too stay.nCleaned up before I left!
