This has been the cleanest hotel with the best customer service I've experienced at a hotel or really any place. The workers are very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. The breakfast was very good and the price is perfect for a hotel stay. I can't stress enough how great the customer service was along with the cleanliness. I will absolutely be staying here every time I am in Lexington.
The people working rhe front desk were amazing with great hospitality. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I've been on a long trip so being able to hit the pool and wash some of my clothes was a relief. The one thing I wish they had was a hot tub.
I'm not one to give reviews but I was so impressed with this hotel. They were so friendly and helpful. The place was really nice and clean. It was very quiet and the room darkening shades actually worked. Wish all hotels were like this. Amazing, so pleased will stay again.
Great hotel. Needed to reserve pool time as they only allow 5 in the pool area but we didn't have any trouble getting a time slot. Everything seemed brand new, clean. Breakfast was good, hot buffet like before covid-19. Great service at front desk. Comfortable beds.
Clean and tidy hotel. Rooms look brand new, beds were spacious with comfortable pillows. Plenty of choices on the television to pass the time. Ice machine clean and tidy. Breakfast area was roomy and clean. Breakfast bar is well supplied with a pancake maker, fresh fruit and yogurt. Hot breakfast choices included sausage patties and biscuits with gravy. Must stay!
