They are hopelessly incompetent. They have a habit of failing to arrive within 10-15 min on schedule, and bus drivers pass you up even they're able to stop safely when flagged when it very clearly states in their rule book to do so.

The people who make the capacity rules don't ride the bus!nTwice in two days, been told bus is at capacity and must wait 30 min for next bus.nEither change capacity or run more buses.

Worst experience ever as a tourist! I was in a hurry to catch the bus and I didn't have the right amout of 2$, so i payed 5$ because the driver is not supposed to give you change. The bus driver was really happy for having the extra change.nnI can't believe you can't buy tickets with your card or don't have the chance to buy tickets from vending machines in the bus station!
