Really fantastic bike shop experience. Rafe was really friendly and helpful in figuring out the right size bike for me. They go the next level and size you up for dropper posts and stems to make sure you get a perfect fit. Really stoked with the bike they built. Although I live in Portland, I will be coming back to this shop often.
I have to put in a plug for this awesome shop. Over the years we have bought several bikes from them and they continue to provide such great service. The crew is always friendly, responsive and down to earth. And they do great work. It feels good to support a locally owned family business that really does a lot for the community and its customers. They will have our business for life.
Staff was excited to help an ignorant novice along and that made me feel comfortable and excited as well. Also liked that they are an independent shop with, what seemed to be, more flexibility to engage with the customers how they felt would be most rewarding. Thanks for the help!nnMatt

I am super happy with the staff and service at Mountain View Cycles. They were recommended to me by a friend a couple years ago to buy cycle shoes.nThis year I purchased a new bike . I have been there a couple times with a million questions . These guys answer them all. They have been super helpful and kind and if they don't have a product they will order it or recommend something. I have nothing but good to say about this place.
