Just ordered 2 Cube e-mountain bikes. Jodie is a dream to work with and doesn't tire from numerous questions. Very laid back approach but clear and concise in the information. We will get our bikes in January 2021 and so looking forward to it. I had a little better $$ offer elsewhere but the communication and personal touch from Jodie was key to our decision. Having that support down the line will be important. and I am confident that we will be well taken care of.
If you're in a hurry here's the short version of this review: WOW!nIf you've got a minute, here's the skinny: my wife and I are retired and were going crazy cooped up in quarantine. I knew I wanted a Riese and Muller but wasn't sure which bike my Dutch wife would feel comfortable with. I did some preliminary due diligence and had things narrowed down when I called Jody at Oregon E-Bikes. To be fair, I shopped local, national, you name it looking for a combination of a good price and solid advice and service. I can not overstate how wonderful the entire transaction with Jodie was. She is so attentive, so patient, and a wealth of knowledge. The team seems to just generally like each other, which shows when we arrived to pick up our bikes. Everything was ready, including several accessories Jodie helped us decide on. After we got home there were a couple of small problems that were rectified immediately. A mirror that fell off and a slight click to a front wheel were addressed with speed and genuine concern. We are loving our bikes and loving that we got a great price without sacrificing absolute first rate attentive service. It was just that good.
Purchased a Bulls and a Mountain Delite with Matt and Jody.....!Went out of way on service ! Hood River has the most professional shop in Oregon and Washington!! We are super pleased! Highly recommended....
As soon as I walked in the door, I and my child where greeted with so much presence and sincere kindness. Every question I asked was received with patience , every moment was treated with care. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for the best bike buy! I am confident I will always be served and treated well here. I felt so confident with my purchase , I walked out the door overjoyed! Super excited to Ride happy and have my bike be cared for by the best!
The minute we walk in the door Amy got our names and made us feel like long lost friends. She asked the best questions to guide us the right way. She really knows alot about the bikes.They carry amazing quality bikes and accessories. It's great to know they're always right here if anything is needed.
