Plaza Inn & Suites

Booking process was smooth, though long over the phone. One of the rooms we booked for two adults and our dog was not what we expected. They gave us a handicapped accessible room not telling us beforehand, which meant for two adults we had one chair in the room, so the other had to sit on the bed or in the desk chair. The TV is placed in a way that you can’t see it from most areas of the room. In the morning the breakfast selections were gross, and the hotel didn’t offer cream or milk because they were out. Too pricy in my opinion for the experience we had.

Beautiful hotel for a romantic getaway/staycation. Loved that we could choose our pillows. Beds could of been a bit better (they were rather firm but not terribly)nOverall will gladly stay here again

My expectations for this hotel were low due to our previous experience in Medford, OR. However, as soon as we enter the room, it was clean and organize. Very spacious! We brought a Pack N Play with us for our 10-month old baby, and we also have three-small sized dogs weighing under 15 lbs. This hotel is pet friendly, from what my husband told me they charge $20/pet a night. Cleaning attendants made sure high-touch items such as TV remote control is disinfected and ready to use by putting them in a bag. We're only staying for a night to rest, so my review will only be for a night. I think this is close to Ashland's downtown area. The area has that quaint small-town America feel to it. Will definitely come back and stay in this hotel!

The hallways of a NO SMOKE zone smelled like cigarettes smoke. Very uncomfortable beds. And the pool was close during covid. And since the breakfast room was closed. I was given a lunch bag filled with inedible snacks. For break fast! I will not be coming here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Plaza Inn and suites. Drove in from the Lincoln City area with a Tesla quite surprised to find that they have four or five charging stations. The rooms are excellent very clean very nice high ceilings which makes you feel good. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the flowing creek so three male Deer. The only suggestion I would have would be in prove the TV experience it’s adequate but if anything needs work it would be the quality of the TV channels and ease of getting to the channels.. My suggestion would be to improve the channel chart and make it easier to read for older people larger type.
