Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites and Convention Center

Had a great stay here in room 215, the champagne suite. It has a unreal sunken jetted tub. The bathroom itself is something to behold, in all pink with double door entrance. The suite itself has a large wooden double door entrance. It's a full on 70's retro room once inside. Glass mirror ceiling over the bed with recessed lighting everywhere. Purple velvet sleigh bed, white velvet couches. Double sliding doors to a larger then most patio overlooking the pool. Worth the extra money per night to book this room. The check in was wonderful and easy, and the staff was polite. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe parking my car. The property is huge. The luna cafe was not too bad at all, and the bar had very small , but tasty drinks. I will love to come back and try the other suite they have or even get the champagne suite again. 5 stars!

This hotel was higher quality and better service than some of the Vegas hotels that are 2-3x the price! The staff was amazing. They were so kind, understanding, welcoming and they had so much empathy for my party of 2. The beds were amazing. The place was incredibly clean. The food was amazing.nnWe had just broken down in the pass and spent 3-4 hours in the snow freezing our toes off. Staff booked us a 30 min session in the hot tub immediately and got us a discount at the in-house cafe to comfort us in our bad day. The food was so warm and delicious. I highly recommend the BLT! Luna Cafe is not afraid of bacon!nnThis morning we woke up to sunshine and a sweet little wake-up knock and were able to score a very good price on a late afternoon checkout. I think this might have been exactly what we needed after such a scary breakdown in the middle of nowhere.nnIf I ever need a mountainside retreat I will be coming back. I had an amazing experience here. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Welcome to the circus and we will never come back!nWe were looking forward to a quiet and romantic weekend away from our own circus and noise here was over the top! There was the loud adults, the acrobatic kids and the relentless barking dogs. Nothing like waking up to an 8 am vacuum cleaner on valentines morning!nWe were to stay in the suite at Inn at the Commons with an in room jetted tub, but the guy there told us the suites here were far better and we trusted him. WRONG! The whole suite at Ashland Hills could have fit into one room at the Inn in Medford.nThe front desk staff was unaccommodating. For all of this, they offered 10$ off the sandwiches we had the night before.nThis is not the first time we have stayed here and had problems with the front desk. We were fire evacuated from our home last September and they had rooms for our family and 2 elderly women we brought with us. They lied about their rates and when I tried to book our rooms through Hotels.com they blocked out our rooms giving the appearance that they booked. Then we were over charged; tried resolving both times with the front desk. Simply put, we plan on never coming back.

Super nice place to visit. I would go here again. Definitely unexpected lobby... And rooms decor was sweet. The double double queen suite I had the privilege to reserve was a bit crowded for 3 men. Which the common room wasn't so narrow. Overall super nice. Plus the jacuzzi was on but only by appointment.

We've been there before, so we were disappointed in our visit this time. When we were walking in, we were getting our masks to put on and at once both people behind the check in counter yelled, you need masks. We were not even fifteen feet from anyone. Then the hotel is supposed to be smoke free and everytime we came out or went into our room, the room four doors down had pot smoke protruding from it. No maid service. They do not have to change the sheets, but to at least tidy up and put new towels in, along with taking the garbage out, would have been nice. This pandemic has brought on a lax attitude. If we must do with out, give a better rate. Don't bother with the breakfast. It was like I was at a 7-11picking up a yogurt and apple. Probably won't be going back any time soon, if ever.
