La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

The room was dirty, the keys kept having to be re-magnetized, unlike most La Quintas, pets weren't free, and there was an actual note saying we would be charged if we got makeup on the towels. We could tell the room had not been cleaned, other than the bed being made and the toilet paper being replaced because the fridge still had food from other people and the coffee bar had opened napkin/stirrer packages. Also, the outlets by the bed, attached to the lamp did not work. The woman working was pleasant. The hotel itself, not so much.

Highly recommended and reliable. The staff was very helpful and active.nvery clean and cozy rooms. Overall good experience go for it without any doubt.

Very nice, clean, ample parking in front of the building very well lot during the evening. Pro staff.

Overall it's not a bad hotel. There were a few dirty spots in the room, and in the bathroom there was a gap between the wall and shower pipe. I felt safe in the room. Wouldn't have felt safe in the parking lot all night though. With covid you'd think people would be wearing masks. When we checked in the guy at the front desk was wearing one. The next morning though, neither housekeeping nor the lady at the front desk were wearing one. At least the guy with housekeeping made an attempt he got as far away as he could and put on a mask when he saw us coming. The guests aren't made to wear masks either a lady who was not wearing a mask and was coughing walked by us several times. The price was good though.

We booked the hotel last minute since we were driving home the day. When we walked in, hotel lobby looked dirty and smelled like chlorine from the indoor pool. The front desk staff was unfriendly and told computer wasn’t so she asked us to wait. After driving over 4 long hours, not knowing how long we needed to wait, we showed our Paid confirmation to let us have a room. She said she couldn’t and if we didn’t want to stay, to find another hotel.nWe decided to find another hotel! We are really happy and fortunate to find a better hotel nearby.
