Best Western Windsor Inn

Best Western is always a good choice, especially if you travel with your pet. Room was nice, good sized and had mini-refrigerator--we got a microwave by request at front desk. Located conveniently right off Interstate 5, there was walking access to an adjacent cafe (w/beer & wine and breakfast all day!) and a great Mexican restaurant (w/bar). Grounds were nice and had a large 'pet area' with plastic bag station ;-) Friendly staff, very clean rooms, DirectTV, restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Just by luck we were able to get this awesome room for Valentine's!The staff was wonderful. They called us ahead of time, confirmed our reservation and made sure we had a ground floor room right next to the pet area. Very convenient. The room was very clean, roomy and we'll equipped with amenities. We loved it. We will stay again for sure!

The parking lot was spacious. Front desk clerk, Bryan was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, decorated nicely, and non essential bed covers were not used. Motel is located just off I-5.

I decided to stay in a beautiful room and pay more than I would have for a jacuzzi. The jets didn’t work. They knocked off a little bit from the cost but not as low as it would have been to just stay at another regular non jacuzzi hotel. I left multiple messages for a manager to call me back which never happened. When I called a 3rd time the assistant manager said he would have a manager call me back but never took my number down and hung up. Unfortunately left my pricy electric toothbrush there which wasn’t recovered either.. if anything goes wrong with your stay don’t expect to be taken care of.

We checked in on 12/26/20 at around 9pm with no reservation. The guy running the office was friendly and funny, I was so thankful a pet room was available. The room was clean and quiet. After being on the road all day, being able to go to a clean room with a comfortable bed was bliss. The to go breakfast bags were great and the guy running the office in the morning was wonderful. When we road trip again, this place will be one of our places to stay.
