Motel 6 Medford, OR

My first time staying at this location in Medford and Michelle and Devin at the front desk welcomed me like family. Both were funny upbeat positive energetic and professional. I have a tendency to yap and gab longer than I probably should, and they were calm and respectful and replied with information on locations and events around the area. So far so good and I'd definitely stay here again and recommend this location specifically. I can't tell you how much it helps the experience, and the business, to have a friendly front desk. I'm definitely pleased with this motel 6. I hope those two are around for a long time to come. It will definitely make another guests day to interacted with those two.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My mother is allergic to marijuana and the first room we were given had a residual smell from the last guest. The night manager switched rooms for us without hesitation and said that if we needed anything, he’d be happy help us.

Brittany provided great service and the whole stay went amazingly well. Incredible value and the rooms were clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel and believe anyone fortunate enough to have Brittany on their stay will want to stay here anytime they need a place to stay!

Had a pleasant and fast check in with Brittany. I was having a bad day but she made me smile and helped turn my day around. Excellent customer service!! 10/10 would recommend Brittany!!

It couldn’t be more clear the staff are dedicated to providing quality customer service. Michelle checked me into my room. She was professional, helpful, welcoming, and very friendly. Later in my stay I interacted with Eddy at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my stay as well. If you are looking for an affordable motel with a staff that truly cares, you’ll find that here. Proper customer service seems to be a dying practice these days. It was refreshing to experience an establishment that still values that aspect of business. If I need to stay in Medford in the future, I will stay there again. So, thank you to the staff. I appreciate your hard work and good attitudes.
