Rogue Regency Inn

This is a phenomenal place to stay. I had some issues don’t get me wrong. But when I voiced them the daytime staff did everything they could to make sure that what I was upset about what corrected. Then they gave for my next stay some discounts and went above and beyond, especially in these crazy times, to be sure that I was happy. So there is always room for improvement but this staff has shown me this is how a hotel staff should operate. Thanx you guys!nnWow, I’m not sure what happened in six months but I went to stay here again and it was the worst service I have ever gotten. I have never been treated so poorly and it was because I am a local. That’s a huge disappointment to me considering that some folks just want to get away but they can’t leave town. Not all locals ruin things and are disrespectful. Bradly who works the front desk, I hope you learn some manners young man. Shameful how rude you were to me.

The room was great and dinner was amazing with awesome service. Walking back to our room and smelling pot was not a good experience for my son or the rest of my party. If there is no smoking in the room there should be no exceptions. Breakfast was ok eggs we under cooked and there was hair in my food. Service was not that great.nWe were pleased with the pool and hot tub. We had a relaxing time thank you

We checked into our room, and there was an extreme smell of urine. It was so bad we had to air out the room by opening the windows. We were in a pet room since we were travelling with our small dog, so we decided to live with it since we were only staying one night. We were relaxing in our room with our children when all of a sudden another guest started coming into our room! After that our keys didn't work anymore, so I went to the front desk and explained that someone had tried to come into our room. Turns out they had double booked the room! They did apologize, and to their credit, they gave us a free breakfast the next morning. I also mentioned the urine smell, and they said that most pet rooms have wood floors, but that one doesn't, so that explains the urine smell. It does? Anyway, the hotel is really outdated, and there are a lot of colorful characters hanging around outside. We definitely won't be returning.

Clean and fresh. Good quality cotton linens. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Nice fluffy cotton towels and a deep tub comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Slightly dated room but nice grounds with a pool that you can set an appointment for so that you don't have to be in there with other people due to covid.

Rooms are always clean, not too much riff-raff hanging out around the hotel. The hotel staff is on the ball and friendly. Very nice place. Good value. Highly recommend.
