Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford

I can tell from being here that housekeepers are being overworked, doesn’t look like management is doing good, so management needs to hire more people.nGabe is awesome at night upbeat, always happy, has a great personality, delivered me towels at midnight with a plunger.nJoaquin is very quiet and kept to himself but very helpful when I need something.nBrittany is an awesome manager. They all deserve a raise !

It’s a decent Best Western. They try their best given the pandemic situation. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was okay. It’s a great thing that they serve breakfast until 10am and the coffee is there throughout the day. We asked for a few extra towels and the staff provided it to us promptly. I’m taking off a star because the staff at the reception wasn’t wearing masks. Please wear masks at this time, it’ll help greatly.

My work mate and I are here from Montana do fire mop up,(clearing power lines of burned trees). Along with several other crews from our company. As a whole we are spending a lot of money on a few rooms over the course of a few weeks. We are checking into another hotel down the road tomorrow as we have had enough of this place. After 8 days we have still not had our room cleaned. We have been getting towels from the front desk every night. Along with our own toilet paper and shampoo. I’ve very nicely complained for the last 6 days. Everyone always says they will pass the message and never do. Also there has been a long hair in the tub that has been with us since day one. We have short hair. 1 star because Brittney and the front desk staff has been nice. No communication in this very dirty hotel. 2nd bad experience in a best western. Should be called a worst western. Will never be back to any of there locations.

It's ok

We usually love this place, but last night we drove 39 miles out of our way.. Hall reeked of dope and our room too. Thanks to next room over. So much for non smoking motel. Food 1 HR late. Ugh
