Flagship Inn-Ashland

It was a cute and cozy hotel. Clean and very spacious. I was a little surprised at how small the TV was. I never was able to get it to work either. Ended up watching TV on my laptop (which wasn't much smaller). Overall it was a great place to stay if your goal is entertainment outside the room

I recently spent a week in Ashland for a ski trip. I stayed at the Flagship Inn and it was perfect for me. Superb room at a fine price. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location had a very easy access to I-5 and up the mountain.nHighly recommended... Jon

Pet friendly, convenient hotel near the university.nFront desk staff was super helpful and nice, and had nice suggestions for dinner.nHotel room was okay, but the curtains needed to be cleaned.nNice place to stay off of the interstate! Ashland has a cute downtown and easy to navigate.

I wasn’t allowed a chance to stay. The employee told me that three different variations of rooms were available for the night. When I asked if I could look in a room (I was concerned because the office smelled like really strong/ cheap ammonia). I was told that wasn’t possible. I told him I’d be right back and I returned less than 5 min later. He he pretended to be on the phone booking the last room and then told me no rooms were available. I told him I only asked due to medical issues and he proceeded to lie to my face that nothing was available. Of course I checked on line over the course of the next couple hours and all of the rooms that I was initially told were available were in fact still available. I recommend they get staff that aren’t blatant liars and sensitive to medical needs.

Such a pleasant stay! The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating especially with our late check in. The room was nice, clean and spacious, good size mini fridge, coffee and tea ready for you, cute and comfy beds.nnHonestly, if we weren't passing through on a road trip we would probably stay here as a destination. It can also be hard to find a nice pet friendly hotel for a good price, and our pup was happy, so we were happy!
