Two days in a row we have been completely disrespected by Rebecca. She has been flat out rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back because of how they treated us. I've never had a good experience in this pharmacy. From the first time we tried filling my sons prescription until now after my partial hysterectomy, she has a discrimination against people who use OHP and has been completely, I'm just speechless with how she has treated my boyfriend while I just got out of surgery. She needs a lesson in compassion and empathy and not to be so smart mouthed to her customers. They need to review her. I will be filing a formal complaint however I can. Her behavior was uncalled for and ridiculous. She first stated I'd never filled there before when I have filled at Safeway NUMEROUS times, then she told him my OHP was invalid, when it wasn't and made us pay a copay I didnt need to pay, hours after my surgery. Then I went to Albertsons to fill, with NO ISSUES and amazing customer service who, had zero issues finding my OHP. Zero copay. So he called the pharmacy back today, where she answered and was completely unprofessional with him again. And RELUCTANTLY issued me a refund for my copay that I was charged when I should not have been due to her not doing her job. She literally stated to my boyfriend that my copay isnt a lot of money and I should not be complaining. Uhm, that's not your job, nor your place to insert your rude opinion and unprofessional remarks. I'm so disgusted by this woman and the way she treated us after such an emotional procedure already. I'd give a place like this that keeps an employee around like that zero stars if I could.
