Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Idaho Falls

The hotel was great but the staff was amazing! The front desk staff at night (Violet) was multitasking but amazingly kind at the same time. She was just wonderful! The morning front desk staff (I didn't get his name) was wonderful. I was asking for breakfast items and strange requests and he was upbeat and funny. He didn't make me feel ridiculous or that my requests were difficult. He was over the top kind as they come!! PS... The room was great too. Super clean, comfy bed, great with Covid regulations, grab and go breakfast was even tasty. I would recommend to anyone!!

Nice, comfortable room. Larger than most for the $$ and nice selection of snacks for breakfast to go. Staff was very helpful in returning something we left behind in the room. This is where we stay in Idaho Falls.

This is the best Fairfield Inn that I have ever stayed at, It is on par or even better than some of the full service Marriott hotels that i have been to. If you are looking for a place to stay in Idaho Falls or even in the general area it is well worth the trip.

10/2020 I like that this place does NOT have soft water, as I prefer hard water for washing my hair, and for drinking. I love how Idaho Falls water tastes. It was also pretty clean and had comfortable beds with white conforters, so you can tell for sure that they are clean. Breakfasts were Grab n Go in paper bags, with a choice between 2 kinds of muffins, or a plain bagel with peanut butter and jelly. TVs are set up for streaming. We only interacted with night staff, and Violet was very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, nice decor east side of idaho falls close to the river and less expensive than the Marriott right on the river.
