Marie is definitely da best! If she ain't managing this place already then she definitely needs to be! Best customer service ever!

The front desk manager Teri is amazing, very friendly and also very personable. If all of the staff were as great as she is this place would be a 5 diamond stay. Only issues we had with our 3 month stay was the housekeeping forgetting to stock up on lots of things in the room and not providing fresh linens every week. There is also lots of bugs that come up into the patio during the summer time which was a downer since the view of the snake River was amazing.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights because my son was in the trauma unit at the local hospital. From the wonderful folks at the front desk to the smiling cleaning teams to the hard working maintenance crew, everyone was so very kind and concerned - they wanted to know daily of my son's progress. And always a smile and friendly greeting every single time from the Candlewood team - they are top notch! I know I'll miss someone and I don't intend to but huge shout outs to Ben, Wendell, Britt, Teri, Patience and all the other wonderful folks who work at Candlewood Suites. Need to stay a few days? Check it out - pet friendly, I met some really great dogs and their owners. You can even get blenders, crockpots, waffle irons, games and just about anything you need to make your stay comfortable as well as free commercial grade laundry equipment and it was all very reasonably priced. I know a good team when I see one. I'm a huge fan!

Absolutely blown away by the service and hospitality. Wonderful service. Britt, Wendell and Teri were amazing. Got me and my family into a Suite room last minute after deiving for 8 hours straight. It was only a night, but first impressions last a lifetime. Thank you Candlewood Suites and IHG, for the amazing customer service and hospitality.
