Tru By Hilton Idaho Falls

The price was reasonable. They let us check in early and the room was very clean. Love that there was no carpet in my room so it felt more sanitized. Beds were very comfortable. We could only book the pool for one 45 min time slot which was disappointing as my child wanted to swim more. The pool was indoors and nice and warm with a hot tub...towels are provided. Only guests staying at the hotel may use the pool. No closet just a bar hanging over the small fridge. No microwave. Shampoo, soap and conditioner do not come in individual containers instead they come in refillable permanently installed squeezable bottles..not my favorite. Breakfast was individual yogurts, fruit cups, 2 prepackaged hard boiled eggs, granola bars, bagels and cream cheese, assorted juices and milk...we were very happy with the selection...it stops being served at exactly 10am so Don't be late! There's a nice pool table in the lobby and several work stations for business minded guests. There is also a small yet nice gym workout room. No vending machines but there are snacks and drinks available in the lobby to purchase but nothing had prices visible so i don't know if they were overpriced. Overall i was very satisfied with my stay and my room.

Great hotel, really liked everything about it, but they did not enforce their own mask policy in common areas, even around food, the beverage station and on the elevator. So if that is important to you, as it is to my family, you may want to choose another place to stay.

Nice clean and quiet rooms. Amenities were awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

I will never stay at a Tru Hilton again the service was terrible. The walls might as well been paper, no carpet and I felt like I was in a nursery because of the color scheme. The room was actually way to small for the king bed that was some how fit in it, not to mention it was supposed to be a double queen instead of single king. Our group had to purchase a second room because of the mistake that was made.

Great hotel! Everything was awesome. Playing pool was so fun!
