Yellowstone Motel

First of all for the price, I've never received better customer service, I've payed twice as much for way way less. The A/C unit is modern and nice, warmed me up very quickly when its been freezing cold outside. Cable, microwave and mini fridge! The best part however is the customer service from the owners, they treated me amazing, and were so sweet when I showed up AND when I locked my keys in my vehicle. I feel safe here and you get a much more friendly experience than bigger chains and for way less. Thank you thank you thank you!

Reasonably priced but not quite modern enough for my taste when looking for a hotel, motel..., Holiday Inn.

This place was dirty, I got charged for stains and burnt holes in the blanket that were already there. They didn't give my friend ID back and then have him a hassle on getting it back. Lady at front desk was ride and when asked s question she has a terrible attitude. I will NEVER stay at this place again or recommend it. So all these reviews are obviously staged cause they are NOT spacious, and the staff are NOT friendly or great. Diesnt even deserve 1 star

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (slept like a baby), the rates are very reasonable and the service is exceptional. The owners are on-site and provide the personal touch that is lacking in larger more expensive chains. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice. Owners are very nice and the rate is fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make you feel welcome. I stay here anytime I'm in or near Idaho Falls
