Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

24 hr pool. It's nice. They have some nice him equipment. The breakfast was made fresh and hot. No where to put my DVD player into the TV though and they had dish Network but I couldn't find anything to watch. Pretty friendly staff. Not disappointed.

This place is a good place to go the rooms are big and kept very clean and they have the wifi. The only thing is the frames the beds are on are squeaky and weird sounding but everything else is awesome they even have a pancake maker. I love them a lot l! So pretty good place to stay.

Super clean, super comfortable, great breakfast! They had a pancake machine that blew our minds. The hallway was a little noisy at night but we would stay here again.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide a great hot breakfast, help us with the pool and take care of our room! The hotel was clean, safe and well maintained in spite of snowy weather when we arrived.

This hotel has all of the “masks required” signs posted on the front doors and even at the check in desk, but both of the employees at the front desk did not wear masks. They kept pulling them down over their chins and complaining that it was “so hot” to wear masks while interacting with paying guests. Such a poor example to set and rather hypocritical. Why post the signs if your employees are not going to follow the rule? There were also a large number of the guests not wearing their masks either, and no hotel employees enforcing their rule. Most hotels offer a grab and go bag for breakfast, but this hotel did not think it was necessary and had a regular breakfast line open with regular capacity. At no point did this Best Western take any safety measure related to this pandemic seriously. It’s like a cop that drives around without a seatbelt. I understand that everyone has their own opinion related to COVID-19, but there are also facts. The fact here is that this particular hotel chose to ignore the safety rules that it so visibly posted. Best Western? More like Mediocre At Best Western... don’t stay here during the pandemic. And if you do stay post-pandemic, watch out for their plumbing. The toilet will clog if you look at it in the wrong way and then you’re stuck buying a plunger because the front desk is too busy pulling their masks down to retrieve their own.
