Super 8 by Wyndham Idaho Falls

Would have given 5 stars but Amanda, who works the night shift did not listen to what I was asking and gave me unnecessary information. When we pulled up Friday there was a hand-written note in front of the desk with a # to call for assistance...and also Saturday night. Katie at the front desk day shift & Rosa in housekeeping were totally awesome though! They really made the difference in our 1st impression of Super 8 in Idaho Falls. Thank you both for your stellar customer service!

Not too good. The young lady working the front desk was great. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

It was alright. Coffee in the room. But no pool. Spacious room, cozy bed. The lady at the desk worked a deal for me and it was cheaper than any of the others I'd checked on.

Staff was nice but room was outdated and without cable. Light bulbs needed replacement and faucet was damaged.

Rooms were clean and front desk was very nice. Hotel is very outdated but overall it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you
