Blake (owner) was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us great advice about seeing the local attractions. Let us choose our own site and made sure that we had everything we needed. Great shade trees and very nice park.

Hands down, one of the nicest RV parks for it's location. Located on the main strip in Vernal along a busy trucking highway, this is an oasis. The park sits back from the road and has many large, established trees to lessen traffic noise and to provide shade in the desert. The sites are well-maintained and 50 amp full hookups with mainly LONG pull thrus. There is great wifi access, which is useful in today's online world.nnWhat really struck me was the hospitality of the owner and his son. We were greeted like family on the phone and in-person. The son walked us around to find the best site and helped us get situated. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. We typically boondock, but this is a paid spot we WILL return to.nnStores, gas stations, laundromat, and restaurants are within a short walking distance of half a mile or less. Vernal itself is situated in Utah's ud83eudd95 ud83eudd96 country and is a great spot to base camp while exploring Flaming Gorge, Fantasy Canyon, and other amazing geological and archeological places.

We moved from Salt lake to the vernal area the beginning of July. We were still waiting to find and close on our home, so we were there for 5 weeks. Staying here was a wonderful experience, the host was amazing, friendly, and would give us ideas and things to do while we were waiting. Showers are clean, campground was clean, and very well kept. We will recommend this place to everyone we know coming out to the area.nMe, my husband and our 3 fur babies really enjoyed our temporary home.

Very spacious and lots of trees. Manager is extremely accommodating and flexible if you have to extend your stay. Our hitch had to be fixed and welded so our stay was extended. Nothing fancy but good place to stay.
