The bed was not a queen but rather a double. The pullout mattress was broken and flat (no cushioning), and the couch cushions themselves slipped forward so you were sitting on the wooden edge. There was only one overhead light in the suite, everything else was lamps so lighting was poor. The room was clean, except for the window sill in the bedroom. The price was great, the service was good. The hotel itself was clean and nice. We loved how quiet it was even though there were other families in the hotel.
Clean, good price. Bed was super hard but again for the price you can’t beat it. It could use a little updating but overall not a bad place for one night. Big bathroom very clean shower!!!!
Ballad, Utah location was charging over a $100.00 a room for some bogus reason. We called this Vernal location and they were do awesome in customer service with a very reasonable rate. Don't trust the Ballad, Utah rate nor their customer service because they will surely disappoint you regardless if you are a Choice member.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff! We had to cancel our original reservations because of a medical emergency, but things worked out alright and we ended up coming anyway. Guafalupe was amazing and very helpful answering questions on the phone. When we checked in, the General Manager helped us check in to a Accessible room (because of my mom). Such a gentleman and so professional. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very very clean. In fact, entire hotel was spotless. We will definitely be coming back. Well done to the GM and his amazing staff.
I will never stay here. I booked a king bed room for the night and stated clearly in the reservation that we were bringing our dog. When we got there they had no king bed rooms available. We could either choose a 2 bed room, pay more for a queen suite room, or cancel the reservation. Real sweet they screw up and offer to charge us more for a smaller bed! This business can go pound salt.
