I'm honestly disappointed because I saw such good reviews, I stayed here instead of in town closer to where we needed to be. We got put on a smoking floor with children. Stunk so bad walking down the hallway it was unbearable. When I mentioned it to the front desk, no changes. It was nice walking to the pool where the hallway smelled normal for once, that's how big the difference was. The beds are hard like previously stated. There was a fan in the room, not just the A/C which I liked. I saw all these reviews and pictures of a fabolous breakfast, and all we got was waffles, eggs, and sausage. It was cold and eggs were flakey. There were a few more things that I was like the microwave was gross and we didn't even use it. The shower had splashed either body wash and other stuff on the walls that weren't from us either. But I don't want to be negative nancy. My kids liked swimming. I did think it was cool we had a mini kitchenette even though we didn't need it. I honestly don't know if I would come back or recommend though.
The management is great here! I know that they take full ownership of this hotel. The young man was very nice when he checked me in and greeted me a Best Western Rewards member. This a very budget friendly hotel if you are looking for one here locally. Our hotel room did not include ESPN to watch sports which I found disappointing. I will give this hotel another shot when I come back to the area here in the future. I also wrote a survey about this hotel this morning and the manager was very fast to respond to my survey and was gracious of my response. I wish that there were breakfast options like fruit but I can understand why due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My biggest complaint would be the bed was not comfortable and it was hard to sleep for me and my wife.
Ashley was very helpful, empathetic and responsive when I realized that my reservation was made for the wrong day through Expedia and offered another room.
I get a lot for what we pay!nThe place is nice, The people at the front desk as well as stuff are very friendly and helpfulnThe rooms are nice , quite, good size and clean.nAnd I love their amenities
The beds in this hotel are hard as a rock. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. If the beds were softer I would have given 5 stars.
