great business! whatever you need don't hesitate to trust them to take care of it fast and efficient, and at a really fair price too. I'll be taking my bike here for various services regularly from now on, i'm very impressed by their work ethic.

Ryan is great. He does good work, spends time answering questions over email and on the phone. The shop also has a pretty wide array of parts and extras that is so nice to have here in town.

Beanie's is the best bike shop ever. Not only do they have years of experience doing quality bike work, but they'll be real with you and won't charge you an arm and leg for work you don't need. Like a bike guardian angel.

First impressions are everything for a small business. Stopped in today to check the place out and buy a few things like grips, brake pads, or other things if they had them. Asked about bike trailer as well. This is during Covid and was shocked the open sign was on. Being new to the area it was a happy surprise. Again first impressions are what builds a customer base. As I am walking to the door a lady greets me with arms crossed Like a bouncer at a night club and what comes off as off with a poor attitude. First thing out of her mouth is “can I help you” but seemed annoyed that I was walking to the door. I said yeah I would like to go into the bike shop she said “No You cannot can I help you“ But with the annoyed attitude again. Seeing the open sign and not thinking about Covid at the time I finally realized what was going on. Maybe with a friendlier attitude instead of the snarky “Can I Help You” I would have said what I would like or needed. Instead I am ordering online with an out of state business. I might do business with them in the future because I would like to support a local business but right now I will do my business elsewhere.
