The reason for the low rating is the renovation there is resulting in a lack of room space. Otherwise, the rates are some of the best in town. Once the renovation is complete I'll take another look.

Was under remodel....all amenities were down....can't really expect much from that...except was there a room, and was it clean...that's the only reason they get 5 stars...will write a review once visited after remodel

Great place to eat after a good morning walk around the town the sites of Alamosa. Relax and enjoy a friendly meal and a walk back after to work out that amazing meal. Friendly service every time. Thanks everyone.

Horrible.nOld, male, Asian owner is extremely disrespectful and rude. Told me “checkout is 11:30, you late, you pay me” as I was pulling back into the lot from visiting the Great Sand Dunes. Didn’t give me the free breakfast it says I should have gotten (old guy didn’t give me a voucher, then left the property when I went to go get one), fridge smelled when I got in my room, microwave doesn’t rotate, ice machine doesn’t exist, TV buttons are broken and remote isn’t programmed to the TV, stained pillows, shower doesn’t drain, sink leaks and doesn’t turn off all the way unless you wrench the hell out of it, then leaks all over the floor underneath (it smelled musty when I got in the room because of this), the pool says it closes at 10:30 in the front office, then the pool itself says 9:30, then I call and they say 9, the hot tub is out of service (apparently has been for years), the bathroom light in the mens’ room doesn’t work in the pool, and I’m sure that there are more issues in other rooms.nnI was in room 130 for two days. Absolutely terrible hospitality. Have a business trip again in two weeks and absolutely will never stay here again. Rude ass owner. So disrespectful. Highly recommend somewhere else. Anywhere else. Unless you like the worst service in hospitality you’ll ever have.nnThanks, old dude, you’re some kind of business owner.

My husband and I have stayed there 2 times a year for the last 6 or 7 years. Usually July and Sept. I have always found the staff to be very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is really good. The rooms are comfortable and pretty quiet for a main drag. Pretty economical too. We enjoy staying there.
