Location is ideal and parking is fantastic on the property. The lobby is beautifully designed, checking I was very easy, the gentleman was very friendly. The room is spacious with very comfortable, there is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, we had a pleasant experience
I went for the weekend for church activity.nThe sink was making a gurgling sound & I thought it was odd. Took off for evening service to come back & find out toilet was not working right.nStaff moved me at 1:00 am to another floor. I had to pack, go downstairs & get the key & go up & to unpack again.nIn the morning I went to call them & the phone in the room was not connected at all.nI went to Front desk & told them to plse adjust my rate & was given $25 off.nI was so inconvenienced & I thought they should have reimbursed me the entire.nNeedless to stay, I didn’t get much sleep.nNever in my life have I experienced this at a Marriot-always been excellent service.nVery upset & disappointed!
Clean room, great customer service at the front desk, all staff properly wearing masks. The only reason I could have dropped a star was the tiny little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Nice hotel with swimming pool and hot tub (need to schedule 1 hour appointment ahead), hand sensitize everywhere. House keeping won't come in during your stay, need to contact front desk if need to refilling supplies. Cafeteria not open due to COVID-19. Bathroom doesn't have fan, nor toothpaste. Really close to downtown Pueblo and nice local Art gallery that are still open.
Beautiful property. Very nice rooms. Nice people. This place offers NONE of the extras you would expect for a hotel of it's quality. If you want a cup of coffee outside your room you'll find it at the bistro in the lobby or down a corridor at a vending station. Have your credit card ready, they proudly serve Starbucks and the vending machine does not take cash. I was terribly unimpressed with the lack of those little things that make a place truly comfortable.
