Al and the entire staff are very friendly and accommodating . Modern room which is clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, Wifi worked well. Indoor pool, gym,office center and laundry were all a huge plus being we were staying for a week. I would recommend this hotel.
This place was absolutely disgusting. When we got in our rooms, I noticed that most surfaces hadn't been cleaned, the carpets had a ton of stains on them, and there was 1 singular tissue in the tissue box that looked like it was used... I don't understand how anyone could have rated this place more than 3 stars, it was in such terrible shape. Do not stay here if you value your room being clean especially with the pandemic.
It's the bad experience for us. We're 4 traveling to Colorado. In the middle our journey, We thought to take some rest and continue our journey. We stayed tonight at Quality Inn, Pueblo West.nThe room is good enough to accommodate 2 twin beds and Toilet is clean. but the Bedspreads are very bad, disturbed our sleep. It was most uncomfortable sleep for me. I have to drive 400 more miles to reach my destination. But this stay drained my energy and everything. I do not recommend this to take rest.
Get this Hotel for my Brother and Nephew every time they come to visit from out of State. They really like it here and it's 3 minutes from our home. I went in to see the room and it was very clean, smelled clean nice and neat. The front desk lady was extremely nice she answered all my questions, she explained why at this time they don't rent to locals due to COVED-19. plus she gave us all cookies :) My brother said he will continue to stay here when he visits.
Very comfortable and clean every time we come. Nice staff and easy access to highway. Never have a problem ☺ufe0f
