Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Can't even get an appointment. Was put on hold than I called from my landline while still on hold from my cellphone and someone picked up from the landline even though my call with my cell phone was 1st. Tried several days as a working mom to get an appointment and was told to call back the day before and guess what i called right when they opened and was left to hear a voice message saying all appointments were already full for that day. Like how if you tell everyone to call the day before. Never experienced this in Colorado Springs. When i called them out it was I dont know. They need to realize some moms work for a living and need to schedule it in advance.

I just called for an appt. We've never been on WIC in Pueblo before. The woman that just answered the phone told me I need to bring my new born baby and 3 year old to fill out a piece of paper just to schedule an appt. We have no car!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! ! MY FAMILY HAS NO FOOD AND OBVIOUSLY THE PEOPLE OF PUEBLO COUNTY WIC COULD CARE LESS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!nnI also just called to speak to the supervisor Nicole and no answer. Surprise surprise. We'll see if I even get a phone call back.

They won't make any appts farther away then 1 day waited on hold 45 minutes with no appts available. This was my 4th attempt since August to make an appt with no luck.
