Dec 13th, 2020, 9:30 p.m. After an extremely long day of travel beginning at 5:30 a.m. with flight delays and what should have been a 4 hour drive through an hour of white outs, ice and snow packed roads I arrived at the hotel. The desk employee was super sweet and polite and very informative of the hotel amenities. After hearing about my day she asked if I had any special requests and I just said somewhere quiet please I'm exhausted. She then upgraded me to a suite at no charge telling me it was a very quiet room. When I got to my room I was very pleasantly surprised. Normally in my experience small town hotels are not very nice and lack cleanliness and modern touches. My room is very spacious, clean and modern and the bed is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. This one goes on my list of top hotels list for several reasons. Bravo Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alamosa and to your wonderful employee! Customer service at its very best. Thank you!!!

Great spot for a quick trip. The reception/front desk staff was extremely friendly, really cannot speak highly enough about them. The rooms were clean and exactly what you expect of a Fairfield. I did notice the pillows were more comfortable than recent Marriott stays so that was a nice surprise. The coffee was good, too.

Clean rooms, good service, decent price.nTubs definitely need no slip mats. And the breakfast buffet IS NOT a buffet when u have to stand in line to be served. I refused to eat breakfast that way, we passed

Seems pretty new. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Small swimming pool and hot tub.

Be aware before you stay here. The price you were quoted by the Marriott Bonvoy app might not be the price you pay. When I asked the front desk, they didn’t seem interested in making it right, just said “I don’t know, maybe they quoted the tax wrong”. It’s YOUR app. If it is wrong, it’s Marriotts fault and should be corrected and/or adjusted.nnOther than that, the breakfast was okay. Bacon chewy and egg cheese “omelette” had a weird flavor and dry crusty on the edges. Coffee was good, but everything had to be served to you. COVID restrictions at the max. Which I guess for some is a good thing. I’ll applaud them for figuring out a way to provide a hot breakfast with heavy restrictions. I almost prefer serving myself with the limited menu (cold cereal, muffins, coffee, fruit, etc) than having to ask someone to get something for me. The rooms were clean. The person who checked me in was nice and polite.
